Qualification:
- Bachelor or Masters degree in Human Resource.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations.
- Knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, documentation, and payroll.
- Proficiency in using HMIS systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for employee interaction.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information responsibly.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance practices.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and professional email drafting.
