Zoneera Waseem

Zoneera Waseem is a dietitian with an MPhil in Human Nutrition from the University of Management and Technology (2025) and a Doctor of Dietetics and Nutritional Sciences (DDNS) degree from the University of Lahore, Islamabad Campus (2021). She is passionate about promoting health and well-being through evidence-based nutrition, and is skilled in assessing dietary needs, developing personalized nutrition plans, and educating individuals to make informed food choices.

She has hands-on experience in hospital nutrition services, including preparing diet plans, maintaining diet cards, patient counselling, and caring for Covid-19 patients during internships at Hameed Latif Hospital and Shifa International Hospital, Islamabad. She also worked as a community outreach coordinator at Danesh, counselling adults and children on healthy eating and lifestyle.

Her research focused on the nutritional health assessment of iron deficiency anemia in pregnant women, and she has taken part in seminars, national food and nutrition summits, and free medical camps. She is known for compassionate patient interaction, clear communication, and a collaborative approach to care.
